TULIPS and EUCALYPTUS in a DECORATIVE VASE
Watercolor is the perfect medium for painting TULIPS. Manipulating wet on wet colors and letting the colors bleed together can produce stunning images. When dry, fine lines and detail are added Painting thick and thin lines with control needs good brush strokes techniques which will be demonstrated. This technique can be used to decorate the vase. For participants wanting to simplify the design , other patterns will be demonstrated.
Liquid watercolors and pallets will be provided for use during class by the Marlborough Arts Center. The proper brush is very important to learning the brushstrokes used in class. The instructor would like students to have one Princeton Velvetouch #10 brush (NOT LONG). The brush is available for purchase for $10.25 when you register.
